Ghost in the Shell movie features original japanese voice actors

Every cyberpunk enthusiast knows the legendary Manga series Ghost in the Shell written by Masamune Shirow and the upcoming live action movie dedicated to it seems that is going to feature the original cast of voice actors of the Anime series from 1995 for the Japanese fans!

Once again Hollywood looks to the East for inspiration and this time to the world of Manga with Ghost in the Shell movie directed by Rupert Sanders starring Scarlett Johansson.
Many Otaku were quite puzzled about this upcoming project buty the news that revealed that the Original Japanese cast of voice actors of the series have been recluted to dub the Japanese version of the movie has let many jump off their seats for joy.!

Hardcore fans will be indeed pleased to hear Akio Otsuka as Batou, Koichi Yamadera as Togusa and Atsuko Tanaka as Motoko Kusanagi . Japanese Voice actors are quite celebrities in Japan due the incredible acting skills showed in thousands of Anime that fans have learned to love so it is not a surprised that the news have made a lot of Japanese fans really happy and confirm that eastern countries find dubbed movies much more appealing than subbed ones.

Scarlett Johansson character seems that will be named Mira and we also hope that production won't take too much freedom for localization being as close as possible to the atmosphere and feeling of the '95 Anime masteriece. If you are really curious to know more about the world of cyborg counter-cyberterrorist Ghost in the Shell movie will be release in U.S. on March 31.
